STK SOCIAL PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: August 15, 2026
STK Social is operated by STK Pool League, LLC ("STK," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It covers STK Social, the STK scoreboard, and the STK TV display.
WHO CAN JOIN
STK Social is for adults 21 and older. Membership is by invitation and approval. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we delete it.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), nickname, bio, league affiliations, player number, and anything you post, including photos, videos, comments, likes, follows, RSVPs, and direct messages.
If you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.
Match information: game results, strikes, lives, bounties, wins, stats, attendance, and whether your entry has been marked paid.
Technical information: basic device, browser, and log data needed to keep you signed in and keep the service secure. We use only the cookies and browser storage needed for the service to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
WHAT IS PUBLIC
The STK Social feed can be viewed by anyone, including people who are not signed in. Posts, photos, videos, winner cards, match results, bounty boards, and your display name (your nickname, or your first name and last initial) may be publicly visible.
Photos and videos uploaded at a match may appear on the public scoreboard and on TV screens at the venue.
Your email address, phone number, and direct messages are never shown publicly.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To create and run your account, run matches and scoreboards, track results and league standings, show your posts, deliver messages and notifications, send invitations, review join requests, keep the community safe, enforce our Terms, and improve the service. We may use public posts and match photos to promote STK.
DIRECT MESSAGES
Direct messages are private between members. STK admins may review messages when they are reported, or when needed for safety, moderation, or legal reasons.
WHO WE SHARE WITH
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising.
We use service providers to run STK, including database and sign-in hosting, website hosting, and Google sign-in. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect people's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Venues may see match information shown on their screens.
PAYMENTS
Entry fees are currently paid at the venue by cash or payment app. We record only whether your entry was paid. If we add a payment processor, it will handle card details directly and we will not store your full card number.
KEEPING AND DELETING DATA
We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. When we delete an account, we remove your profile, posts, and messages. Match results and winner history may be kept as part of league records, and we will remove your name from public display where practical. Copies in backups are deleted on a normal schedule.
Deleting a post from the feed removes it from the feed. Photos uploaded to a match scoreboard may be removed by the scorekeeper or an admin.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what we collect, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email stkpoolleague@gmail.com. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, and may need to verify your identity.
SECURITY
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls on private data. No system is perfectly secure.
CHANGES
We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we will let members know. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
