STK SOCIAL TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: August 15, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and STK Pool League, LLC ("STK," "we," "us"). By using STK Social, the STK scoreboard, or the STK TV display, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be 21 or older. Membership is by invitation and requires approval. We may approve, decline, or remove any account at our discretion.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.
COMMUNITY RULES
Do not harass, threaten, or bully anyone.
Do not post hate speech, sexual content, violence, or anything illegal.
Do not post private information about others.
Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.
Do not spam, scam, or sell without our permission.
Do not interfere with the service, scoreboards, or other members' accounts.
Do not photograph or film anyone who asks you not to.
We may remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
YOUR CONTENT
You own what you post. By posting, you give STK a worldwide, royalty free, non exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, edit for size or format, and share your content in connection with running and promoting STK, including on the feed, scoreboards, venue TV screens, and STK marketing. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies already shared or used in promotion.
You confirm you have the right to post your content and that people shown in your photos and videos are okay with being included.
LEAGUE PLAY
STK matches are games of skill. League rules, formats, schedules, lives, bounties, and prizes are set by STK and may change. The official rules posted by STK control.
Scorekeepers and STK admins decide match results. STK's decision on disputes is final.
Extra lives, bounties, credits, and similar rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold unless STK says otherwise.
Prize eligibility and payouts follow the official league rules. STK may withhold or cancel prizes for cheating, rule violations, or ineligibility.
VENUES
Matches are held at independent venues. STK does not own or control them. Follow each venue's rules. Drink responsibly and never drive impaired. You participate at your own risk.
PAYMENTS
Entry fees are paid as directed by STK. Fees are non refundable unless STK cancels an event or the league rules say otherwise.
SERVICE CHANGES
We may change, pause, or stop any part of the service at any time.
DISCLAIMERS
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee it will be error free, uninterrupted, or that scores, stats, or displays will always be accurate.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, STK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at a venue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid STK in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
INDEMNITY
You agree to cover STK's losses and costs from claims caused by your content, your conduct, or your breach of these Terms.
ENDING YOUR ACCOUNT
You can stop using STK and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will let members know. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
